Perch Grounds Deliver in a Big Way

Well look who’s back on the perch grounds with some awesome clients—this guy. We hit the water today with one goal: stack freezer bags with delicious perch fillets. And that’s exactly what happened.

The action was nonstop, and by the end of the trip we had 100 perch on the deck for our clients. That, my friends, is a whole lot of filleting—but nobody’s complaining when the bite is that good.
