Filming Night Walleye with Steve’s Outdoor Adventures

We spent the evening on the water with the crew from Steve’s Outdoor Adventures, filming an upcoming episode focused on chasing trophy walleye after dark. The cameras were rolling from the first pass to the final net job, capturing what night fishing on the Columbia is all about.

It turned into an incredible night for the SOA crew. The bite was steady, the fish were quality, and the excitement on the boat kept building with every hook-up. We landed some beautiful walleye and even saw a few new personal bests hit the deck—always a special moment when someone tops their biggest fish.

There’s just something different about night fishing. The quiet river, the anticipation on every pass, and then that sudden rod-bending strike under the lights. It all came together perfectly for filming, and we can’t wait for everyone to see how the episode turns out.
