Wrapping Up August with a Bang 08/22-08/31/2026
Fishers Catch Outfitters wrapped up August with another busy week on the Columbia River. The FCO crew had boats spread out across multiple fisheries, from Buoy 10 at the mouth of the Columbia to the Columbia River Gorge, where we are officially kicking off another exciting stretch of our season.
Salmon has been the focus of several of our boats, and the late summer action has provided some great days on the water. Our guides have been putting in time, staying on the fish, and sending clients home with fresh salmon and plenty of great memories.
While some of the crews have been focused on salmon, our walleye program continues to produce. We’re running both daytime eater trips and nighttime walleye trips, giving anglers a couple of completely different ways to experience Columbia. During the day, we’re focused on putting quality eater-size fish in the boat, while after dark we shift gears and see what the night bite has to offer.
August was one heck of a month, and we’re excited about what September has in store. As conditions change and different fisheries start heating up, the FCO crew will continue moving with the fish and give our clients the best opportunity we can to have a successful day on the water. Salmon during the day, walleye day or night Fishers Catch Outfitters has you covered. If you’re ready to get in on some Columbia River fishing action, get your trip on the books and come fish with the FCO crew!
