Back Yard Giants In Tri-Cities 02/1/2026

It was a banner night on the water for Captain Tony. There’s something special about fishing right in your own backyard, launching out of the Tri-Cities and staying close to home in Kennewick. We travel all over to catch fish, but nights like this remind us how good we have it right here. This was a nighttime trophy trip with one goal in mind hunt down giant Columbia River walleye. Working Vertical Jigs Havocs, we trolled in 20 to 28 feet of water at 0.8 mph, staying patient and covering water. The bite came a little later than expected, but when it turned on, it was worth the wait. We put in time, trusted the program, and made it happen. Beautiful fish, steady action, and another strong night chasing Columbia River trophies.
