Day Two with Rich and Bridget – The Hunt Continues

Day two on the water with Rich and Bridget brought a little more action than the first, but we’re still on the hunt for this year’s Dirty 30. Will we land that elusive 30-inch walleye, or will it remain just out of reach? Only time—and a lot of patience—will tell.

The water conditions haven’t been in our favor, making the bite more challenging than we’d like. Strong currents and fluctuating temperatures have kept us working extra hard to dial in the pattern. But that’s fishing—adapt and keep grinding. Despite the tough conditions, the walleye are biting, and we’ve had some solid catches along the way.

With every subtle change in presentation, we’re closing in on that trophy fish. It takes persistence, experience, and a little bit of luck, and we’re not backing down.

No matter what, it’s been a blast sharing the boat with Rich and Bridget again. The laughs, the anticipation, and the thrill of the chase are what make these trips so special. We’re not done yet—tomorrow’s another day, and we’ll be back out there, rods ready, eyes sharp, and determination high.
