It was a beautiful day on the Columbia River today. The Fishers Catch Outfitters boat hit the water at 7 am on a Sturgeon Excursion, we set out on a quest for one of the 43″-54″ keep slot fish. The day produced a 38″, 6’4″ and a 5’7″ Columbia River White Sturgeon. All though we did not find the keeper we were looking for we did get one of the anglers their first Sturgeon ever!! It is the tug that is the drug with these fish. I think there are 3 new addicted sturgeon fishermen born today!
