It was a beautiful day on the Big Columbia River fishing for walleye. The Fishers Catch Outfitters / Les Schwab boat had a successful day putting their clients on some great eating walleye. The crew managed to land 20 walleye and a MONSTER 30lb cat fish!! Derek managed to land the big kitty on a Fox River walleye rod spooled up with 15 pound power prow and 8 pound leader. It was a great fighting fish for the light gear and Derek did a great job getting it to the boat, lots of fun. We had plenty of opportunities to put additional walleye in the boat, but could not catch them all. It was a fun day with Scott and his crew in the Gap. Fish on Bent Rod’s and Tight Lines!!
