Another Day, Another Limit with FCO 09/06/2025

Another day on the water at Drano Lake for Pro Guide Mike, and once again the results speak for themselves—plenty of fish, big smiles, and full limits in the boat. The bite has been steady, and the quality of these fall Chinook is hard to beat. If you’ve been waiting for the right time to book your trip, the window is open and the action is hot. Don’t miss your chance to experience Drano Lake this season with Fishers Catch Outfitters!

Off the Clock, Still Hooked Up 09/03/2025

The Legend and I took a break from guiding—but not from fishing.Yesterday, we hit the river for some B-10 action and landed a couple solid fall chinook. Today, we launched out of Ilwaco on the Four Season and ran 42 miles offshore to the tuna grounds. What a killer day on the water with family and friends—56 tuna in the boat before we pointed it back to the dock. Doesn’t get much better.

From Tri-Cities to Drano: Worth the Drive 08/31/2025

FCO Pro Guide Mike struck again, this time with a crew that made the trip out from the Tri-Cities to get in on the Drano Lake salmon action. And it was worth every mile of the drive. The fish are just starting to push into the river system, and today’s success proved the bite is only getting better. A few nice salmon hit the deck, and the excitement on board set the tone for what’s shaping up to be an incredible fall season. From Drano Lake to the Hanford Reach, we’re expecting some excellent opportunities in the weeks ahead. If salmon is on your list, now’s the time to get your trip lined up.

From Walleye to Salmon: The Iowa Crew’s Columbia Adventure 08/30/2025

The Iowa crew wasn’t done yet! After a fantastic day of walleye fishing on the Columbia River, they made the drive from the Tri-Cities out to Drano Lake for round two—this time chasing the silver kings of the Columbia. They hit the water with Captain Mike, and the evening did not disappoint. A few beautiful Chinook salmon hit the deck, giving the guys a taste of something new—fish that many of them had never caught before. By the end of their trip, the group had more than fish to take home—they had memories that will last a lifetime. They’ll be heading back to Iowa with stories to tell, new experiences under their belts, and smiles to match.

From Iowa to the Columbia Walleye Dreams Come True 08/29/2025

It was back to the Tri-Cities walleye grounds today for Pro Guide Tony (T-Fish) and his crew. The guys traveled all the way out from Iowa for a Columbia River walleye adventure—and that’s exactly what we gave them. The morning started off a little slow, with the fish playing hide-and-seek, but persistence paid off. We landed a couple of quality fish, which were released back into the river to keep this incredible fishery thriving. (With FCO, all walleye 22" and over are returned to the Columbia.) But don’t worry—we didn’t throw them all back! With patience and persistence, we got into a solid batch of eater-sized walleye, perfect for the crew’s poolside fish fry. The day wrapped up just right: a great dinner, cold beers, and plenty of laughs. Tomorrow, the crew will switch gears and meet up with Captain Mike in Hood River for an afternoon-evening salmon trip. Whether it’s salmon, sturgeon, or walleye—you [...]
