t was a day of fishing Columbia River sturgeon and what a great day it was for the Fishers Catch Outfitters team. We did not hit the big fish numbers today but we did find the big fish! with 8 fish landed and 7 of the 8 fish being over 7.5 feet i would say we were in the land of the giants. The walleye fishing on the Columbia River has been good to even great. Lots of fish being caught and lots of fun had! The Fishers Catch Outfitters crew is currently fishing bellow McNary dam on the Columbia River. We are targeting walleye in 45-50 feet of water with worm harnesses as well a jigs.  Success with both presentations is putting a number of walleye in the Les Schwab boat. The colors we are currently doing well with is greens on 1.1 smile blades and Chocolate Chip,  Key Lime, Shrimp and Glitter bug on jigs.
