Fishers Catch Outfitters Fishing Report

Winter Walleye December 7th

The Fishers Catch Outfitters crew spent the day in search of the awesome Columbia River Walleye. It took us a little while, but at the end of the day the Legend, Ron and myself were not disappointed. We managed to reel up over 40 walleye to the FCO / Les Schwab boat and filled the empty freezers with some chicken of the Columbia. It was a day to go get the groceries.  All fish over 23" we turned back and 25 males were boxed up for the freezer.

12.5.2019 Winter Walleye

Got out on the Columbia for another night of winter walleye looking for the big ones. We are in search of a fish of a lifetime right now. Looking to get over 16 lbs this year. Tonight produced some nice fish but none of the caliber we were in search of. All in all the Fishers Catch Outfitters crew had another awesome time on the water. If you are looking to get out on the water in search for a chance at a fish of a lifetime shoot us a call and get a winter date booked. We will be chasing the big ones December thru February. Bent Rods, fun times and tight lines!

December 1st Winter Walleye

The fist trip out on the New Fishers Catch Outfitters sled chasing winter Walleye on the Columbia River, did not disappoint. Miles, Ron and Myself set out to get on the water to see how the new FCO sled ran and see if it is as fishy as the other sled.  We were not disappointed with the outcome of the day. We managed to bag 12 nice eater walleye as well as CPR a few other bigger females. It wan a great day on the water and I think you all will enjoy the new comforts and fishing off the FCO Columbia! Thank you all for your continued business and don't forget to book your 2020 dates.

New FCO Alumaweld Columbia

With the continued support of all our clients, and  continued success getting to do what it is we love to do here at Fishers Catch Outfitters. We have some exciting news for the 2020 season. We have upgraded the fishing platform to a 23' Alumaweld Columbia. This vessel is outfitted with a Mercury 225 Verado. We decide to go with this set up for the comfort and ride that it will deliver to our clients, not to mention is is a great platform to fish off of. We look forward to having another great season this 2020 season and are looking forward to spending some time with you all on the water! Thank you for your business. Make sure to get your 2020 season dates booked.

November 24th Night Walleye

The crew at Fishers Catch Outfitters decided to head out one evening this weekend looking for some big "fat bottom girls". We managed to get a few nice fish and also landed Ron's PB walleye, with a fish that went 10 lb 9 oz.  It was a great night on the water for the little bit of time we got to fish before the FOG rolled in!!!

FISH’N THE BRAVE November 9, 2019

WOW, what a great event it was. The Fishers Catch Outfitters team and many friends put together the 4th annual FISH'N THE BRAVE  veterans event. This year was nothing short of amazing. We had 30 captains and boats show to get 00 veterans on the water fishing for the day. It was a day filled with fun, fishing, new friendships and great food. We hit the water around 8 am and returned to the park at 3:30 pm. Some boats did better that others. We fished for sturgeon and walleye during the event. The walleye fishing proved to be a little tougher than we wanted as they are filled with shad and the full moon was upon us, but everyone managed to get some fish. It is a day of fishing we here at Fishers Catch Outfitters look forward to every year. If are or know of a veteran that would enjoy a day on [...]

October 20th and that is a Wrap!!

Well with the end of October sneaking up on us the fall salmon season for the Fishers Catch Outfitters is coming to an end. Today October 20th is the last day for us to guide folks for the season. We had amazing clients this 2019 season and look forward to fishing with you all again in 2020. With that said we have an awesome last day of the salmon guiding season!!!!

October 19th Rainy Grind

It was a rainy day on the Columbia River. With the end of the season coming upon us we were after some fall Chinook salmon. We set out after a limit to get in the boat early, but that did not take place. We got a couple fish early then the grind set on for the last of our fish. The rain and weather did not make it the funnest day on the water but the folks at the Fishers Catch Outfitters crew had a blast with the clients they had on today. They mad the day fun as heck. The fishing is good this time of year so be sure to get you trips booked for the 2020 season!!

October 18th Quick Morning Limits

Wow, what a fun day on the Columbia River with George and his group from Boise Idaho!! With the arrival of the crew from Idaho they stated they needed to get the fish on the boat early so they could get back to Boise before the bull riding event stated at 6 pm. That meant we went out with a mission to get fish on the boat early!!It was a fun, fun, fun day on the Big C in the Fishers Catch Outfitters boat. Make sure to get in on some of this fall Chinook action next year. Book your trip !!today.
