It was a day of slaying for the crew from the other side of the mountains. We set out of Irrigon Oregon to beat the wind that was set to com in this afternoon. Today we focused on pulling crank boats in 20-28 feet of water and it was a success. Lost of fish caught including some nice big females that we released to do their thing. Well, well, well it is night three for the Nebraska crew Dustin, Zane and Chad. It was a night to remember with the big girls coming out to play. The wind was a bear but we pushed through and landed lots of quality walleye. Zane was on fire with a nice 29' walleye and then the one we were looking for a 32' 13.62 lb "dirty30" hitting the net. It is night number 2 for the crew from Nebraska. We are still in search of the "dirty30' trophy walleye. Tonight did not produce the trophy we were on the hunt for but all in all it was a great night of fishing!. We got a bonus catch with a 6 foot sturgeon coming to the boat. Tonight the wind has put us fishing in town and out of the areas we have been on fish. The guys flew in from Nebraska in search of the Columbia River "dirty30". Toning we did not make it happen, our biggest fish for the night was Dustin's and it cam in at a respectable 28" 9.7 lbs. It was a cold fun night none the less. we are looking forward to tomorrow!! It was another solid night of great fishing for Lee and the gang from Wyoming. They put in the work the last three nights wit over 2500 inches of walleye to the boat and a number of "dirty30"s. It was a great three days of fishing with this group. We look forward to fishing with them every year. Already looking towards next year to get them some even bigger fish than we have in past years.
