Today was a little tougher day than others . We first started out launching out of Irrigon Oregon in search of some walleye. The fog was thick and we couldn't  see anything so we didn't want to travel down river to far. We decided to load up and head up to Port Kelly where we have been jigging up a few. Jig bite was slower than expected so we went on the search. With the need to locate fish we hit the water with worm harnesses and well we found a few. Here are some picture's from todays adventure. Back on the walleye her on the Columbia River fishing out of Tri-Cities Kennewick Washington. Today we started with jigs in some deeper slots and that did not produce all that well, so we moved to trolling spinners and worms and got the guys the fish they were looking for. Todays adventure was another catch and release sturgeon trip for returning clients PIE Industrial. These guys are some of the crazy crews each year. Lots of fun and laughs on the boat when they are on the boat. Its a great bite right now on the Columbia for Catch and Release sturgeon. Lets get you in on some of the action. It was a day back on the Columbia River Chasing walleye. We are on some fish close to home fishing the Kennewick Washington area. Today we had the pleasure of fishing Faiths family the owner of Tri-City tackle. It was a great day on the water with returning clients Chip and Rob. They wanted to spend the day with us on the river doing as catch and release sturgeon trip. They sure do love to catch these fish. Today got to spend the day scouting with a buddy for my birthday. It was time to go try and find some fish jigging. One of my favorite  ways to catch winter walleye is to jig them up. Spent the day putting the jigs to work on the Columbia River. Little slower jig bite for us today so we shifted to pulling worms and found a few fish in 45-55 feet of water. Well, well, well, look who is back on the walleye grounds. Today is our first day back on the walleye grounds with fall salmon being all wrapped up. It was a great fall salmon season but we are glad to be back on the walleye. Today was a scout day with a buddy Chris. We jumped around a little today but managed to find a few. It was a short but great fall salmon season for us here at Fishers Catch Outfitters. With the silvers not showing up like they did last season we decided to wrap it up and head back to Tri-Cities and get back to walleye.
