Columbia River Walleye Fishing 5/16
After a few days of to spend some tine with the mothers we love over Mothers Day we hit the Columbia again with some great clients in search of the Columbia River Walleye. We spent the days pulling worms and crank baits in the Umatilla Oregon area. We managed a nice bag of walleye for the guys. It was a beautiful day on the water and the fish were playing. Today we had the Townsend family join us for a day of walleye fishing to celebrate Steve's birthday. We launched out of Umatilla Oregon in search of some eater sized walleye for the Townsend family. It was an enjoyable day on the water with lots of action and beautiful weather. It was a fishing birthday to remember for the family. It was another solid day for the Fisher Catch Outfitters crew out on the Columbia River Walleye fishing. We launched out of Umatilla Oregon and managed to find some nice quality walleye for clients Curt and Jim. Fun day on the beautiful Columbia River walleye fishing. The guys took 23 nice walleye back home to Salem Oregon for the family. Walleye fishing Columbia River 5/8/2023
It was a day of scouting for us here at Fishers Catch Outfitters. The fishing has gotten a little tougher over the past couple weeks with the water high, muddy and full of smolt. The walleye have full bellies and you need to get them to fire if you want to get some in the freezer. We managed to find some biting fish for the clients this week. Columbia River Walleye fishing 05/03/2023
The Fishers Catch Outfitters team set out of Boardman Oregon for a day of walleye fishing. We decided to fish the same area we caught fish yesterday and just like walleye one day thewy were in there and hot the next day slow and a few. The water conditions have raised and muddied up over the past few days and the river is full of smolt. This is now making the walleye bite slower than the past few weeks. It was another day for the Fishers Catch Outfitters crew out fishing walleye on the Columbia River. Today was a day of searching and finding. We launched out of Irrigon Oregon and found or way down by Boardman Oregon as we fished several spots with no active fish. With the water conditions getting muddy, high and full of smolt the walleye bite is getting tougher. It was an early morning for the Fishers Catch Outfitters crew and their clients Craig and the gang. These guys skipped a day of golf oat the Walla Walla country club to spend a day on the Columbia River fishing walleye with us. We launched out of Irrigon Oregon and managed to find ourselves all they way down to Boardman Oregon to find the walleye. We had to put on some river miles today but with that said we got our fish.
