Pro Guide Miles—better known as “The Legend”—put an absolute beatdown on the walleye today! He had the pleasure of fishing with Mark, Edgar, and Clem, a trio of long-time FCO clients who always bring the laughs and good vibes. The final fish of the trip turned out to be a true river giant—an absolute 10-foot monster! In the heat of the battle, one of the Edge rods snapped under the pressure, but that didn’t stop the crew. Against all odds, they still managed to land the beast and capture some incredible photos to remember it by. What a way to close out an epic adventure on the Columbia!

It was a day full of excitement for the crew from CDA on their annual trip with FCO, chasing some of the Columbia River’s largest fish—the mighty white sturgeon. Over Memorial Weekend, they spent two action-packed days with us pursuing the dream of landing a true river monster. Today did not disappoint. The total catch measured an impressive 1,075 inches, with the biggest fish stretching out to a whopping 113 inches! It was an epic day of fishing, laughter, and unforgettable memories.
