Hanford Reach Salmon break with a little Fall walleye 9/28

It was a great day on the water for the group that joined the Fishers Catch Outfitters crew for a little fall walleye fishing. We had a little break between salmon fishing and got to do one of the things we do best, bring walleye to the boat. It took a little bit to dial them up but once we did it was on with some great fun and great catching. We started with blades and jigs and ended up boating most fish with a slow troll worm harness. It is time to get your winter walleye trips booked and dont miss out on the trophy night fishing season. Give us a call here at FCO 509.727.7137

Hanford Reach Fall Salmon 9/27

It has been a bit of a grind for the Fishers Catch Outfitters crew on the Columbia River. The fall salmon seem to be eluding our gear. We have targeted them with super baits and  back trolling eggs, spinners and kwicks. It has been a tough bit with just a few bites each day and a couple fish landed. We are looking forward to continued better fishing and hoping the bite gets going for us here on the FCO boat. Never give up it will happen!!
