Drano Lake Fall Chinook Salmon
The Fishers Catch Outfitters team had the day off today to rest and relax. Well not much resting and relaxing took place we took off early in the morning to head to Drano Lake and get in on some of the fall salmon action. It was a great day of fishing and lots of action. Hanford Reach Fall Salmon 9/19
The fall salmon season is in full swing on the Hanford reach. The bite is a little slow in the early season but we have hopeful thoughts of it getting better with time. Hanford Reach Fall Salmon Kick Off 9/17
It was the day that the Fishers catch Outfitters crew kicked off their fall salmon season here on the Hanford Reach. It was a slower day with just a few bites. Still plenty of fun but need more fish to get active. We are looking forward the the season and as the season goes on the bite will pick up. Todays fish were targeted down hill trolling and back trolling kwicks. We are fully booked for the 2022 season so now is the time to get on the books for the 2023 season. September 16th Columbia River Walleye
Summer walleye is in full swing for the Fishers Catch Outfitters team. We are searching the Columbia River for them toothy critters! We have had success pulling bottom bouncers with spinners and slow death hooks. Also trolling crank baits in shallower water has been effective in the mornings The fish are in great shape and healthy after spawn, we are post spawn and the bite is on!. Columbia River Catch and Release Sturgeon 9/12
It was a great day on the water chasing Columbia River white sturgeon with Mike form Vegas. He was looking for a Columbia River giant and we delivered. His big fish for the day was 10.5' long and coming in around 400 lbs. He made a trip over to see what we here at Fishers Catch Outfitters had to offer.
