It was a day of Sturgeon fishing for Pro Guide Pete and crew. They  hit the water in Plymouth Washington and headed down river to the open fishing grounds. It wasn't long after they set in on the spot that they had fish on. They managed to bring 6 nice sturgeon to the boat and a couple channel cats then called it an early day. The crew was happy with what the morning presented and after a long night at the fair it was and early end to the day of fishing. Here are some picture's from todays adventure. Got to spend a couple day at Buoy 10 this season chasing some salmon. It was a tough bite as we managed to land a few we could take home and release all the high fins. Didn't manage to land a keep chinook but did manage several keeper Coho. All in all it was a great time and we are getting closer and closer to just going down and guiding this fishery for the month of August. who votes we do it? It was back to the walleye grounds today for the crew. Today and crew hit the water launching out of Umatilla Oregon at 6am. It was a slow start with the walleye not wanting to hit the jigs. With a quick change over to worm harnesses we picked up a couple fish quick just above the Umatilla River. That bit fell off quick so we headed down river fishing a few spots and picking up some walleye. It was a day of releasing bass with 50 plus bass hitting the boat. It was another day of Columbia River Sturgeon fishing for the crew here at Fishers Catch Outfitters. Today we set out of Irrigon Oregon is search of some Columbia River Sturgeon for a Birthday fish. After a few days on the big pond chasing Tuna we hit the mouth of the Columbia River the notorious Buoy 10 fishery and put some nice Chinooks in the boat. Today we spent the day on the Hanford Reach chasing walleye. It was a day of hunting them as the currents made it tough to fish a couple areas we like to fish. Took a few days off the water to go chase the other game of the earth. Spent a couple days with my oldest daughter in the mountains of Oregon with Pro Guide Steve chasing down some red meat.
