Sept 16th Salmon with Les Schwab
Happy Birthday Marcus. The Fishers Catch Outfitters crew spent the day with Marcus the Manager of the Richland Les Schwab (located at 837 Steven Driver Richland Wa.) just in case you need anything for your vehicle It was a quick start to the morning with the boat going 2 for 3 in the little bit of time we had before the great Tri-Cities wind came up and sent us back to the dock. Lil' Marcus landed his very first salmon ever and I am sure it will be a day he will never forget!!.
SEPT 12th Fall Salmon
Started the morning down low on the river. We had a nice first pass with the landing of a nice Coho Salmon, fist Coho of the year. Second pass produced another solid rip that we just did not get in time before the fish decided to let go. After a couple more passes the Fishers Catch Outfitters / Les Schwab boat headed up river to fish another stretch of the Columbia River. With no success at the second or third spot we took off and headed for the infamous Ringold Area up in the Hanford Reach. With several passes through the 31 hole and no success we headed back down river. Making a stop in 300 / self landing area. With the Velocity Rods only in the water a minute or two we get one to bend over with a nice Columbia River fall Chinook, welcome aboard nook! Tony and I finished the day with [...]

Mack’s Lure Day 2
What a day it was. A beautiful Saturday morning on the water with some very active fish. Today we had Bob with Mack's Lures and Tony K. on the Fishers Catch Outfitters sled. It proved to be a very active day with not mush at the end of the day to show for it. We managed to go 1 for 4 in the morning. Lost a couple at the boat and broke a nice fish off. We dropped Bob and Tony off at the dock at 10 am as they had other plans they had to attend to. Miles and I continued to fish. We went to what we call the 300 area and managed to hook into a double, and yep you know if lost them both!! It was a day of a lot of action but not bunch cleaning. Still had a great time and look forward to the next time. Bent Rods [...]
