Fishers Catch Outfitters Fishing Report
March Walleye 3/3/2019
With the weather staying cold and the water staying just as cold the fishing has produced some good fish still for the Fishers Catch Outfitters crew. We decided to head down river today to see if the fish wanted to play. We started a bit later than usual and only fished a couple hours before the wind decided to blow us off the water. We did manage to land six great eater fish and locate some additional walleye for the upcoming weeks. All in all a good day on the water with a couple buddies.
North Dakota Boys / Feb 20th-22nd
What a fun time for the Fishers Catch Outfitters crew hanging out with Scott and Bill from North Dakota. These guys came to the Tri-Cities to experience the great fishing on the Columbia River. With walleye in mind and what they came for we fished out hearts out. Our mornings started at 8 am and we finished at Midnight as were were in search of a trophy Walleye in the evenings. We never managed to get the big girl we were looking for, but did manage some great fishing and landed lots of fish. It was a week that will be remembered for all involved!!
February 16, 2019 Night Walleye
The Fishers Catch Outfitters crew got out on the water this cold snowy winter in search of some winter walleye. With the cold evening and snow on the ground it was a bright evening of fishing. We managed to put 6 nice Walleye to the boat, no big double digit females but 6 nice fish none the less. All fish went back to play another day, didn't feel like cleaning fish that night, lucky for them!
Walleye Feb. 2,2019
Got out on the Columbia a little bit today. We started the day casting blade baits for walleye and finished the day the same way. We moved all over the river in search of some of the great Columbia River walleye. We managed to put several in the boat. We took a few home for dinner and released a couple nice fish to go do their thing. It is that time of year with the Pre-Spawn going on. Spend your time now jigging, cranking and casting blade baits, you will find some nice walleye.
Jan 30 Night Walleye
The fishers Catch Outfitters boat got on the water after work to try and get some of the big Columbia River Walleye. With some great weather and nothing else to do.......Miles and I decided to hit the water. We were not disappointing with the first walleye to the boat weighing in and 11.14 lbs. It was a nice bed girl that was pictured and released. The night continued to produce a few more fish, we had a great time and will hit the water again in a couple days. Bent rods and tight lines!! It is time to get in on some of this Trophy Walleye fishing!!
