Fishers Catch Outfitters Fishing Report

March 15, 2018

It was another great day on the Columbia River walleye fishing. Today proved to be a fun filled day with George, Pat, Lacy, and Dave. They all proved they could put walleye in the boat. With 18 nice fish brought to the boat and plenty of missed opportunities, not to mention the 6 we let get off, the walleye bite is on right now. All the fish today were picked up jigging. Looking for your next trip give us a call. Here are some great pictures of the trip today!

March 10, 2018 Walleye Saturday!

We had a good day on the Columbia River chasing Walleye with the Norris men. This father son team bent the rods on some great eater Walleye and also let a big fat bottom girl back to do her spawn. It was a full day of jigging on the big-C but we got it done!  These two boys can eat some dogs too!!

March Walleye

March 3rd Another great and productive day for the Fishers Catch Outfitters crew walleye fishing on the Columbia River. The weather was a little to nice if there is such a thing. No wind and a bright sun shinny day slowed the bite a little, but we ground it out with the newlyweds Justin and Amber and managed to get them 16 nice walleye. The fishing will continue to get better as we go so be sure to get your trip booked and get some of these great eating fish in your freezer. Bent rod and Tight Lines!!

The Walleye went Bananas Today

Fishers Catch Outfitters crew found some great Walleye today on the Columbia River. We set out from the dock at 7 am with O'brien crew and Jesse from Montana, the Big Sky Country. This was a special day for many reasons, and the Lord blessed it in may ways. We started the day of with Walleye Wilke bending the rod on a nice 32" - 13 lb 15 oz big female Columbia River Walleye, the big fish to the boat. With a little CPR we quickly released her to go do he duty and spawn. The day did not stop there. The weather was good and the water was 37.7 degrees. I thought it would be good to get 10-12 walleye to the Les Schwab boat today but we were blessed beyond that with a total fish count of 30 Walleye. Not including Miles landing a nice small mouth and a big pike minnow  today [...]

Windy Saturday February 24th

With the weather windy and a cold front moving in, we took this opportunity to get out on the Big-C down by Umatilla. That waters were glass in the morning but by 11:00 am it was no longer the case. With the wind kicking up and 4-6' rollers breading we decide to get off the water, but not before putting a few nice keeper eyes on the Les Schwab boat!

Clover Island Inn Group

Fishers Catch Outfitters and Clover Island Inn spent the day on the Columbia River looking for big Columbia River Walleye. It was a cold morning to start but the day turned nice about the time we had to get off the water. We had the lines wet at 8 am. With the first 3 Walleye coming on the captains rod. Mark was spending his Birthday with the FCO crew on The Les Schwab boat. With never Walleye fishing before and having never caught one we set out to get Mark a big one on his Birthday. Boggs Family Outing

It was a cold start to the day with the Fishers Catch Outfitters / Les Schwab boat. We headed out early to try and beat the wind and get some Walleye in the boat. With the cold weather setting in it proved to be more than the little Ray-Ray could stand. With cold toes, fingers and well the rest of his body we called it an early day. With  getting out to fish for and hour and a half Jon put the rod bend to a few eyes. All in all a good day and they got to stink up some grease when they got home! 02.11.18
