It was a day on the Columbia River fishing out of Irrigon Oregon for walleye and catch and release Sturgeon. Today Pro Guide Steve put it together for the crew and put some nice walleye in the boat before doing some catch and release sturgeon. The smiles on the crew says it all it was a fun fill day. Today we had the privilege of getting out on the water Zeph and his dad Tom. We got the call early this morning that the guide they had a trip planed with had to cancel and couldn't get them out. Well that where we came in and Captain Pete after fishing salmon in the morning was able to get them out that evening on an evening walleye trip. Zeph wanted to be sure to get out as dad is having some health issues and dad loves to fish. You will see the jo in the pictures. We here at FCO are grateful to be a part of this trip. Day two for Mark, Edgar and Clay was just as good as day one, today Morgan (837) joined us. The guys hit the water with us at 5am this morning and we targeted todays walleye with walleye crank baits. The bite was good and the fish wanted to play so we proceeded to get them! Today Morgan got to bust his personal best and landed a beautiful 33" Columbia River Walleye and backed it by getting a "dirt bird" lure, Absolutely awesome day!  Here are some picture's from todays adventure. We closed out the month of June reeling in some Columbia River Sturgeon with returning client Nathan and crew. These guys had a great day in the heat putting 18 sturgeon to the FCO boat. no giants today with out largest coming in just over 7 feet but what a great day with lots and lots of action. With the end of June coming to a close the Fishers Catch Outfitters crew had one more June trip on the books for the crew at CED. These guys have been a clients of ours since we opened the doors and we are grateful for them. Today was a treat as the fish were willing to play and we even managed a sturgeon on walleye gear, that was a fun catch. Pro guide Pete was also out today putting clients on some catching!! It was another beautiful day on the Columbia River walleye fishing with Monty and his brothers. It was day two for this gang and we made it a great on with lots of walleye action and plenty of fun.
