Columbia River Winter Walleye 03/14/2023
Today is the first day Montana Bob has got to fish with us since his back surgery. Based on todays performance he is in good shape and ready to get back to walleye fishing. This is day one of a three day run for Bob. It started out a little rough with us blowing a wheel bearing on the Les Schwab boat. Winter Walleye on the Columbia River 03/13/2023
Long time client Brandon and the crew booked a day of walleye fishing with the team here at Fishers Catch Outfitters . We set out this morning in search of some nice eaters for them to take home for a gathered fish fry. The jig bite has been good for us each of the past few days. March is continuing to be great fishing. With many fish starting the journey to the spawning grounds and starting the staging process we have continued to find numbers jigging. FCO2 Captain Steve Columbia River Trophy Night Walleye 3/11/2023
It was a great night for Captain Steve on FCO 2. Steve put clients Chris and his son on some nice Columbia River Walleye. Steve launched out of Umatilla Oregon and fished bellow McNary dam as as Captain Tony fished above. It was a great nigh for all as the walleye were willing to play and put smiles on peoples faces. Columbia River Trophy Night Walleye 03/11/2023
It was another great night on the Columbia River with great clients. These folks came over from the west side for a couple days to try and get their trophy on night one and follow it up with a day of jigging for eaters on day two. Winter Walleye on the Columbia River 03/09/2023
It was a day of great weather and hot fishing for the Fishers Catch Outfitters boat. We set out this cool morning in search of a good walleye jig bite. Well from the looks of the pictures at the end of the day, I would say we found what we were looking for. Its that time of year to get out and brave a little bit of the lat of winters cold and get some of the delicious fish in your freezer.
