May 8th 2020 Walleye

Well its been a long couple weeks since the Legend and the Fishers Catch Outfitters boat has been able to get on the water with the COVID-19 stay home stay safe order. But we picked up right where we left off...….It was a great day on the Columbia river chasing walleye. It took a little while to find the ones we were looking for as we managed to put 15-20 small fish to the boat that were released to grow up. With the weather allowing for some running we took a run down river and found some nice fish for the freezer. We are just days away from reopening and being able to run as guided trip again, if you are looking to get on the water and get some of these great fish in the freezer give us a call 509-727-7137 Tight lines and happy fishing.

March 22 Walleye with the Kids!

Got to spend the day on the water with just the kids today. Had the Fishers Catch Outfitters sled open up do to cancellation, the Coronavirus is hurting the business a little. The fish don't care though and wanted to play. We are loading the boat with just 2 at this time to keep up with the 6 foot social distancing. So if you are looking to get on the boat and get outside, we can make it happen. You could also put some fish on the freezer.

March 21 Walleye

With the times in a crazy state, we set our on the mighty Columbia to do some walleye fishing and put some fish on the fridge. Who know this could be one of the last trips for a little while if we get locked down due to COVID-19. All in all we made the best of a day on the Columbia chasing Walleye in the Fishers Catch Outfitters Les Schwab sled. Jim put some nice eater walleye in his freezer!!

Koo-Koo for Kokanee

With another day from the Columbia River and on the Lake in Chelan we set out once again to stock up on some Kokanee for the smoker and canning. It was another day that did not disappoint with 4 of us fishing we needed 40 fish for our limit today. It was fast in the morning with a few fish hitting the deck, but then it slowed a little until we located them again in different depths. It did not take long for the Fishers Catch Outfitters crew to put 40 Kokanee to the boat. We manage to get out limit in even with losing over 50 fish in the process. All in all a great day on the water with great friends. Book your trip today, give us a call 509.727.7137

Lake Chelan Kokanee 3/14

The Fishers Catch Outfitters crew decided to take a weekend and head to Lake Chelan to fish with some friends. We set out Saturday morning in search of some delicious Kokanee. With the limit at 10 each we were in search of  50 tasty little Kokanee, we did not disappoint as we managed to get out limits of fish to the LesSchwab  boat. It was a cold day on the water as the snow just fell the night before as well as the temperatures. It was a little breezy on the lake today, and that made things a little bumpy. But that did not stop this crew from smoking the fish. Fun day on the water. Book your trip today, give us a call 509.727.7137

March 8 with the Boise crew!

It was a fun day smoking eyes on the Columbia River with George and crew from Boise. The day started out with some nice walleye wanting to play on the deep diving walleye bandits.. How many you got now 1 or two? We have 5 so far. This was the morning conversation with the boat next to us, we were getting lucky and having a few fish that wanted to play. O'l lefty rod was on fire. We ended the day with 9 beautiful walleye for the crew to take home and got the opportunity to let a few other big girls go, to do the spawn. All in all a great day On the Fishers Catch Outfitters boat on the Columbia River. Book your trip today, give us a call 509.727.7137
